На минувшей неделе в Калужской области заработал колл-центр Государственной жилищной инспекции. За четыре дня со своими проблемами туда обратились уже 150 человек, рассказал утром в понедельник, 3 февраля, на планерке в областной администрации заместитель губернатора Николай Полежаев.
Это второй в стране подобный проект. Первый действует в Москве. Звонки калужан по проблемам ЖКХ на телефоны (4842) 27-99-87 либо 8-800-450-00-60 принимаются круглосуточно.
Информацию от граждан передают ответственным аварийным службам. Как рассказал Николай Полежаев, после 150 звонков нерешенными пока остаются лишь 36 проблем, но они находятся на контроле.
Выслушав своего заместителя губернатор области Анатолий Артамонов потребовал, чтобы отчет о количестве звонков и решенных вопросов ему приносили каждый день. При необходимости глава региона дал указание увеличивать число диспетчеров.
— Устраним вот эту брешь — и у людей настроение поднимется, — отметил, в частности, Артамонов.
Напомним, именно губернатор в октябре 2013 года предложил создать подобную диспетчерскую службу.
